  • 30-minute camping evaluation is required before 1st camp visit.  Camp Evaluation does not
    guarantee acceptance to Camp Harmony Dogs.  Providers’ assessment may require dogs to
    receive up to 60 minutes of Awareness Training per day with camping and/or receive Awareness
    Training prior to camping.  
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure specific camping dates for all camping and
    care services.
  • If evaluation performed at Camp Harmony Dogs, a $15 credit voucher will be issued.
  • Camp Harmony Dogs provides boarding during most Holidays, although other services may be
    suspended.

Camping Policies
Camp Evaluation is required prior to first camping stay but does not guarantee acceptance to Camp
Harmony Dogs.  
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure camping reservation.
Best-in-Show Camping is for adult dogs that are well-behaved, well, socialized, and crate trained
only.  Animals are crated at night for the safety of all pets and humans at Camp Harmony Dogs.  
Dogs will be given “Special Camper” status if they require special handling for any reason, including
lack of crate training.
Dogs must be boarded at the puppy rate until 9 months of age.  All animals over 9 months of age
must be altered to be considered for Camp Harmony Dogs overnight camping or day camp.  (Ch
excepted).
For overnight camping, as a courtesy, Camp Harmony Dogs offers a two-hour window for “check-
out” from original “check-in” hour.  If additional care for animal is required on day of “check-out,”
beyond the courtesy two-hours, owner will be charged the day-care rate for the additional time.
Pick up and drop off times for both overnight camping and day camp must be scheduled in advance
and animals must be picked up from Camp Harmony Dogs by 10:00 pm or must stay overnight at the
overnight camping rate.  There is a 10-hour maximum on day camp, or an additional $25 fee applies.  
Camp Harmony Dogs provides a transportation service between 7:00 AM -8:00 PM for an additional
fee.
If camping reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to service dates, Camp Harmony Dogs will
hold the non-refundable deposit as a credit up to one calendar year from original service date, to be
applied to future service dates.  If camping reservation is cancelled less than 14 days from service dates,
deposit is non-transferable and forfeit.
Owners are responsible to disclose any known aggressive behaviors prior to acceptance of contract
terms.  For example: growling or snapping during feeding time.  In event the animal bites, or in any
way harms another animal or human, owners are responsible for all costs related to the incident.  
Owners are also responsible to report any changes in animal’s behavior, since prior service date, at
time of reservation.
Camp Harmony Dogs requires proof of all current state required vaccinations, including rabies and
bordetella, at time of contract start date, and that animals be free of parasites and fleas  Puppies are
required to be current on puppy shots and bordetella.
Owners must certify that animals have not been exposed to any contagious diseases within 30 days
prior to each contract period.
